How to Store Coffee — keep it fresh longer

Coffee loses aroma through oxygen, light, heat and moisture. Here is how to keep it fresh longer.
What you need
- Airtight, opaque container
- Cool, dark place
- Whole beans
Steps
- Buy whole beans. Grind only just before brewing.
- Store airtight. Keep beans in an airtight container.
- Cool & dark. Protect from heat and sunlight — not the fridge.
- Use fresh. Enjoy within 3–4 weeks of the roast date.
