Everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping costs and payment methods.
Shipping area
We currently deliver to addresses in Germany only.
Shipping costs
For orders with a value of goods below €39, shipping within Germany costs €4.90. From an order value of €39, we ship free of charge. All prices include VAT. The shipping costs are shown in the cart and in the final checkout step before you place your order.
Delivery time
Coffees in stock are usually ready to ship within 1–2 working days. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Payment methods
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- Payment in advance (bank transfer): you transfer the order amount in advance. We ship your order as soon as your payment has reached us.
- Invoice: you pay by invoice after receiving your goods.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the amount directly to the delivery driver on receipt.

Order confirmation
After a successful order we send an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
