Everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping costs and payment methods.
Shipping area
We deliver to the countries selectable at checkout. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to accept orders for it.
Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs are shown in the cart and in the final checkout step before the order is placed. For orders of €39 or more we ship free of charge within Germany, unless a different shipping rule is shown at checkout.
Delivery time
Coffees in stock are usually ready to ship within 1–2 working days. The expected delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping provider and is specified at checkout or in the shipping confirmation.
Payment methods
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on configuration, PayPal, card payment, SEPA, invoice or other payment methods may be offered. The order is only processed once the payment has been completed successfully or the selected payment method has been confirmed.
Order confirmation
After a successful order we send an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
