Shipment status

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If tracking is available, the link is included in that email.

Changing your address or order

Please get in touch via the contact page as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, we can no longer guarantee changes.

Invoices and order overview

If you have a customer account, you will find your orders in your account. Guest orders are confirmed by email.

Problems with a delivery

If items are missing or damaged, photos and your order number help us sort it out quickly. For returns, please see Returns & refunds.
