What to do if an order does not fit or arrived damaged.
1. Have your order number ready
Contact us via the contact page and state your order number, the items concerned and the reason for your request.
2. Return unopened goods
Coffee is a food product. We can only inspect opened packages if there is a quality issue. Unopened goods can be returned in accordance with the cancellation policy.
3. Report a damaged delivery
Please send us photos of the parcel, the damaged item and the shipping label. This allows us to arrange a replacement or refund more quickly.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we refund via the payment method used at checkout.
