Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Roastau GmbH, Musterstraße 42, 10115 Berlin, email: info@roastau.de, phone: +49 30 12345678) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. The German version is authoritative.
