Behind the cup
Finca San Ramón lies in Jinotega in northern Nicaragua, at around 1,000 metres. The Rizo family, led by Juan Rizo, grows Caturra, Parainema, Bourbon and Catuaí here. The beans are graded SHG EP, screen size 18.
The coffee is washed processed, which gives a clear, clean cup where the origin comes through well.
In the cup you will find hazelnut with herbal and fruity notes. We recommend it above all for pour-over, drip coffee makers and the French press, but it also works in an AeroPress, moka pot or bean-to-cup machine.
