Tasting Set Trio 3 × 250g — 2× Espresso, 1× Café Crema

The Trio tasting set brings together three 250 g coffees that show how varied an espresso range can be: two espressos and one café crema. Inside are Note, our espresso blend from Brazil and India, Lagoa from Brazil, and Kreuzauer, our café crema blend.

Note is the most intense of the three, with nougat, cocoa and a dense crema. Lagoa, from Fazenda da Lagoa in Minas Gerais, is sweet and nutty with almond and fig. Kreuzauer, named after the town where we roast, is mild and chocolatey and ideal for a long café crema from a bean-to-cup machine.

It is a simple way to find out whether you prefer a bold espresso, a sweet Brazil or a balanced crema. Ideally, taste the three one after another using the same brewing method and pay attention to body, sweetness and crema.

The Trio makes a lovely gift for anyone with a portafilter or bean-to-cup machine, and a good introduction for anyone new to our roastery. All coffees are freshly roasted in Kreuzau and can be ordered as whole beans or in the grind size you prefer.
