Choosing coffee for fully automatic machines
Balanced roasts that are not too light, with stable crema and few acidity peaks, work best in fully automatic machines.
Tip 1
Choose espresso, café crema or medium blends.

Avoid very oily dark beans, as they can strain grinders more.

Start with a medium grind and adjust the strength on the machine.
