Brewing French press properly
A simple method for full body, soft sweetness and a comforting cup of coffee.
Tip 1
Use coarsely ground coffee and 60 g of coffee per litre of water.
Tip 2
Pour with water at 92-96 °C and stir briefly.
Tip 3
Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes and press the plunger down slowly.
Tip 4
Decant the coffee right away so it does not keep extracting.
